Before sending a message about an outstanding invoice, check the processing date at the top right of the invoice screen. This shows the submission date on invoices currently being processed. If any payment transfers or overpayment recoveries were applied to a specific invoice, the amount paid will not match the invoice.
The statement that accompanies each cheque contains all payment details for reconciliation.
