System Updates - Workers
At WCB Nova Scotia, we are in the early days of a new service future for workers and employers. As you may be aware, there have been some software issues as we work to adapt the system to meet our business needs. We have appreciated the patience of employers, workers and service providers as we continue to refine our operations.

Travel Expense Form Drafts: Some users with claims in our system prior to the launch of our new system experienced issues submitting, editing, and deleting drafts of Travel Expense Forms. This issue has been resolved.
We continue to work on:
Updating contact and banking information: We are currently experiencing challenges with WCB Online when updating your contact information, including banking details. WCB Online may appear to accept changes, but if you need to update your information, please contact WCB directly.
Email extension/suffix: At this time, WCB Online will only accept email addresses with the .ca or .com extension for the purpose of username registration.
Accessing your claim: Some users are experiencing technical issues that prevent them from seeing their claim in WCB Online. We are working diligently to address these issues and ensure online access to all workers.
Email Notifications: Notifications are still not active, while we address some technical challenges. Please continue to monitor your secure messages regularly.
Travel Expense form: If you experience issues submitting the travel expense form through WCB Online, please scroll through the document to see if required information might be missing. We are working on a solution.
